Low-pressure pressure-feeding pneumatic conveying devices use roots blowers or high-pressure centrifugal fans as air supply machinery, and their feeding devices are mostly optional feeders of a certain type. When the fan is started, it delivers positive-pressure air into the conveying pipeline. Materials from the feeder or hopper are forced into the pipeline through a rotary valve feeder to mix with the air flow, and then are transported along the conveying pipeline to the silo under the drive of the air flow. The air is filtered through a gas-solid separation device and then discharged into the atmosphere.

A.This conveying method enables both continuous conveying and intermittent conveying;
B.Operating pressure: < 0.1 MPa;
C.Solid-gas ratio: μ = 2 – 10;
D.Operating temperature: -20 – 150 °C;
E.Conveying distance: ≤ 500 m;
F.Conveying height: ≤ 45 m;
G.Conveying capacity: < 40 T/h;
H.The power source is generally a roots blower.
