Products Description
Need a compact, maintenance-free vacuum conveyor for laboratory or small-batch production? Guanjiang's QVC-1 Vacuum Powder Conveyor uses a vacuum generator (no mechanical vacuum pump) to create negative pressure — offering a simple, compact, maintenance-free solution for powder and granule transfer. With 50-300 kg/h capacity and a tiny φ140×491mm footprint, it's ideal for tablet presses, capsule filling machines, dry granulators, packaging machines, and vibrating screens. The system features automatic pulse back-blow filter cleaning, GMP compliance, and elimination of material static electricity — perfect for R&D labs and small-scale pharmaceutical production.
Key Advantages of QVC-1
Tiny φ140×491mm footprint — fits easily above tablet presses, capsule fillers, and lab equipment. Perfect for space-constrained R&D and small-scale production environments.
Uses compressed air-driven vacuum generator — maintenance-free, no moving parts, low noise. Simple structure with easy control.
High vacuum created by the generator prevents material stratification — ensures uniformity of mixed material components for consistent product quality.
Complies with GMP requirements and eliminates material static electricity. Fully enclosed dust-free operation for clean production.
Additional Features
✅ Automatic pulse back-blow filter cleaning — no manual intervention
✅ Low noise operation — ideal for laboratory environments
✅ Automatic level control — start/stop based on hopper fill level
✅ Simple, easy-to-clean design — quick disassembly for batch changeovers
How It Works
- Vacuum Generation: Compressed air supplied to the vacuum generator creates negative pressure, forming a vacuum airflow.
- Material Suction: Materials are sucked into the suction nozzle, forming a solid-gas flow that travels to the hopper.
- Filtration: The filter completely separates materials from air — clean air exhausts, materials collect in hopper.
- Discharge: When hopper is full, controller automatically cuts off air supply. Hopper door opens, materials fall into equipment hopper.
- Filter Cleaning: Compressed air automatically cleans the filter through the pulse back-blow valve.
- Auto-Restart: When set time is reached or level sensor sends feeding signal, feeder automatically restarts.

? Which Model Should You Choose?
QVC-1 (1.1L, 50-300 kg/h): Ideal for laboratories, R&D, and small-batch production. The ultra-compact φ140×491mm footprint fits easily above tablet presses and capsule fillers.
For larger capacities: QVC-2 to QVC-5 available — see table above.
Vacuum Conveyor FAQs
Q1: What is the difference between QVC series and ZKS series?
A: QVC series uses a compressed air-driven vacuum generator — no mechanical vacuum pump, simpler structure, more compact, lower noise. Ideal for lab, R&D, and small-scale production. ZKS series uses an electric vacuum pump — higher capacity (up to 6000 kg/h), suitable for large-scale continuous production. QVC-1 is the smallest model in our lineup.
Q2: Is QVC-1 suitable for tablet press feeding?
A: Yes. The QVC-1 is specifically designed for automatic feeding of tablet presses, capsule filling machines, dry granulators, packaging machines, crushers, and vibrating screens. Its compact size allows direct mounting above these machines.
Q3: Does the QVC-1 require a separate vacuum pump?
A: No. The QVC series uses a built-in vacuum generator powered by compressed air (0.4-0.6 MPa). No mechanical vacuum pump needed — this means no moving parts, no oil, no maintenance, and very low noise.
Q4: How does the system prevent material static electricity?
A: The QVC system is designed with anti-static properties — it eliminates material static electricity that can cause clumping or safety issues. This is particularly important for fine pharmaceutical powders and dry granules.
Q5: How is the QVC-1 cleaned between batches?
A: The QVC-1 features a simple, easy-to-clean design with quick-release clamps for disassembly. All contact parts can be easily accessed for manual cleaning. The small 1.1L bin volume makes it quick to clean — ideal for frequent product changeovers in R&D and small-batch production.
