A: Both models share the same compact footprint (φ290×802mm). The difference is motor power and capacity: ZKS-1 uses a 1.5KW motor for 400 kg/h, while ZKS-2 uses a 2.2KW motor for 600 kg/h. Choose based on your required throughput.

Q4: How does the automatic back-blowing filter cleaning work?
A: When the filter becomes clogged, the system sends a short burst of compressed air (0.4-0.6 MPa) backwards through the filter. This blasts accumulated dust off the filter surface, allowing it to fall back into the hopper. The cleaning cycle is fully automatic and occurs without stopping the conveying operation.
Q5: Can these models convey directly into mixers?
A: Yes. The ZKS-1 and ZKS-2 are specifically designed to convey materials directly into V-type mixers, two-dimensional mixers, three-dimensional mixers, and other blending equipment. The discharge valve seals directly to the mixer inlet, ensuring dust-free transfer.
