The negative pressure pneumatic conveying system is an advanced material handling equipment. It features a compact structure and reliable operation, capable of horizontally, inclinedly, and vertically conveying loose, dry powdery or granular materials. It is suitable for bulk storage, bulk transportation, bulk unloading, and other processes in production workflows.

Negative pressure conveying creates a stream of negative-pressure airflow under the action of vacuum. Driven by this airflow, bulk materials are conveyed to another container through a suction hose or pipe. Since the materials remain in a vacuum state throughout the conveying process, even if a pipeline leak occurs, the materials will not leak into the surrounding environment.

The negative pressure system is suitable for working conditions where materials are fed from multiple points and discharged at a single point, and it is usually used to convey materials with relatively low specific gravity.
