Manufactured from platinum-cured silicone, polyurethane, or high-quality EPDM, these hoses feature a multi-layer composite structure — smooth inner bore, high-strength fiber braiding or steel wire reinforcement, and wear-resistant outer cover. Certified to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EU 1935/2004, and 3-A standards, they operate from -60°C to +200°C with pressure up to 20 bar — meeting the strictest food processing requirements.

Q2: What is the difference between platinum-cured and peroxide-cured silicone?

A: Platinum-cured silicone offers higher purity, no peroxide byproducts, better flexibility, and longer service life. It is preferred for pharmaceutical and high-purity food applications. Peroxide-cured silicone is more economical but may have trace byproducts. We recommend platinum-cured for critical applications.

Q3: Can the hose be used for CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Steam-in-Place)?

A: Yes. Our food grade hoses are designed to withstand CIP chemical cycles and SIP steam temperatures (up to 135°C for silicone). The smooth inner wall prevents residue buildup, and the materials are resistant to common CIP chemicals (acids, caustics, sanitizers). No disassembly required for cleaning.
