Working Principle

The system uses a Roots blower to generate stable negative pressure (-50kPa to -80kPa). The pressure difference between the atmosphere and the system draws materials through enclosed stainless steel pipelines into the filter chamber. After gas-solid separation via high-efficiency filters, materials are discharged continuously through a rotary airlock valve, while a pulse-jet cleaning system automatically cleans the filter elements.
